Returns

As a general norm for Spices/ food products, they are non-returnable once delivered and accepted. Hence, if there is an issue with your order, or if the package is damaged, or if you find the product got damaged on transit, or if you feels the product quality dons not meet your standards, please do not accept the shipment and contact us to process refund. Please note that once the shipment is accepted, we cannot accept returns

Refunds

Every refund request received, and validated at our end, and approved the same, we will be processed and refund your payment in 1-7 working days to your original mode of payment. In case you do not receive a confirmation email within in next 24 hours with refund reference, please contact us at mail@spiceshuttle.co.in with Refund Request along with Order No in Subject Line for an update.

Note :

  • Items purchased on ‘Sales/ Offers, coupon redeem’ you are not eligible for refunds
  • Shipping charges will not be included in the refund amount and will be deducted from customer, in case customer excused returns.

If you receive your order damaged or opened, please do not accept the shipment and inform us via WhatsApp/ Text or Call on +91 7996636213 or email to mail@spiceshuttle.co.in. We will assist you with exchange of the same or different item or a refund as per your discretion.
